Combination Conveyor Alignment Tool (CCAT)

The patented IPI CCAT is a uniquely capable tool, able to align all critical conveying components (including stringers, idlers and pulleys) to within 0.5mm, at industry leading completion rates.

 

In the hands of capable technicians, entire conveyor systems can be measured and realigned in single shutdown windows where typically multiple shutdowns would be required. The result is a dramatic reduction in cost and commensurate increase in plant productivity.
